The national testing agency has not yet released the application form, The scheduled date for filing of application form was 1st feb 2020 but it is tentative so the reason you are not able to locate OPENMAT application form is because  its not yet released but it will be released in few days.

Openmat is conducted by NTA and you will find the application form from the official webpage of the board. The official webiste is nta.ac.in ,  The form was opened on february 1 and the last date to fill the form is february 29.

Please go and visit the webpage and look out of the form. Before filling have all your details ready so that you don't make any mistake while filling the form.
