Don't worry we are here to help you with this! Amongst the ones you've asked for , these two are the top institutes for fashion designing in Delhi. (In no order of ranking)
1. Indian Institute of Art & Design
2. Amity University
Both of them are equally good and have good records. You can choose any amongst them. With my personal experience , my sister went to Amity for fashion designing and it turned out to be a good choice. You can opt for any amongst them.
