It is advisable that you pursue the field you like. As far as college is concerned, it is well known that IITs are the most esteem colleges in India. So anyone given a chance would choose IIT. The placement in IIT Patna is better as compared to the other two colleges. The highest package of Rs.50 Lakhs was offered by Google as PPO (Pre Placement Offer) and Rs.39.23 LPA by Adobe. Similarly, DE Shaw has offered Rs.29.5 LPA to two students and Amazon has hired four students so far this year, offering Rs.27.6 LPA .

You should choose IIT Patna. It has great faculty, campus and Placements, compared to JNTUK. Regarding branch it is a personal choice, go for the branch in which you have interest.
