Currently im in class 12 and will give my jee main exam in year 2021.If im able to score 170-180 marks then what percentile and which college can i expect through OBC.

I think you may expect a good rank and this marks is good to take a new nit or some old gfti and IIIT as you have mentioned category also it would definitely help you to secure a good rank . Actually rank , percentile depends on various factors like number of students giving the exam, exam difficultly level so you may expect around 40k rank. Means around 96 percentile.
