Cut off varies every year and depends on several factors like previous year cut off trends, difficulty level of questions, number of students appeared for the exam, number of seats available, etc.

As per previous records, the cut off for General category students for BTech in ECE at JNTUK was 67101.

For OBC it was 37540

For SC it was 79423

For PWD it was 67101

For BC-A it was 37540

For BC-B it was 31483

For BC-C it was 68142

For BC-D it was 29039

For BC-E it was  44620
