Hello Shashank,
As per my knowledge BPP is not equivalent to 10+2. And jobs which asks for 10+2+3 then you will be not be eligible for the job.
I suggest you to join BA/B.com, etc program for your graduation from IGNOU as you are eligible for joining that only. Then later on you can apply from another good college for your PG.
Once you complete your graduation from IGNOU you are eligible for government exams.

Shashank if you take my advice you should first complete your graduation. As earlier also I informed you BPP is not equivalent to 10+2. So, it restricts you from getting job. Just having BPP is of no use. You need to have a graduation for applying any type of services.

Yes, after completing your graduation you are eligible for bank exams. As eligibility criteria is: a student should be graduate from any stream with minimum 60% in graduation.
