If you want to know the College ID then you will have to visit the college. Talk to some higher authorities they will surely help you with knowing the College ID. I tried to check on the official website of the college but there was no information about it. It's an internal information and can only be given to student so you should visit college and ask for it directly. One more thing you can do is that if you are in contact with any teacher of that college then you can ask him or her to they will also help you in this.
