Dear Prakash, the basic syllabus for NEET is based on your 10+2 subjects. There is no deviation or deletion from that. NTA hasn't announced anything about deleting any syllabus. Any announcements that you hear from other sites except for the official website should be verified for its authenticity before actually believing it. So no deleted syllabus. You have to study everything.
