Hello,

BSc chemistry course is 3 years long. Students who have passed 10+2 Science stream are eligible to pursue this course.

chemistry is all about mixing various chemicals, making them react and obtaining resultant chemical products.

Where chemistry is used ;

  • Food processing
  • Agriculture
  • Energy (petroleum, natural gas etc)
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Healthcare
  • Research and Development

Whereas BSc in simple terms include large number of career opportunity in many fields.

It can nursing, maths, physics, nautical science, fisheries, agriculture etc.

BSc is a general term that will teach you the basics things where as BSc chemistry is sub type where you will gain knowledge about chemistry only.

Hope this helps!!
