OBC- CL includes

• Income more than 8lakhs
• Treated same as general category students
• No benefit in government schemes and exams

OBC- NCL includes

• Income less than 8 lakhs
• Get benefit in government schemes and competitive exams ( 27 percent reservation)

As mentioned by you, your family income is less than 8lakh so you belong to OBC- NCL ie- OBC 2 category
