Hello Aspirant,

Trade and commerce are totally different in many aspect, so let us discuss that :-

  • Trade is an economic activity which involves selling of different goods and services between two or more parties whereas commerce promote exchange of goods and services from the manufacturer to the last customer.
  • Trade has narrow expansion whereas commerce has wider expansion.
  • Trade establishes the connection only between user and seller but commerce establishes the connection from manufacturer to an end user.
  • If we talk about capital requirement then trade requires more capital as compare to commerce.
