Yes ofcourse, any diploma holder can apply for PG diploma. But you need to make sure that you apply to the pG diploma relevant to your diploma/study earlier. Post Graduate diploma (PGD) is a one or two year programme that is designed in such a way that it enables students to have an in-depth knowledge of the particular field. Admission for PGD are done either via merit in diploma or by entrance exam conducted by university/state/nation. The fee for PGD ranges between Rs. 50,000- Rs. 1200,000 (generally).
