Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –



Let's analyze the conclusions –
Conclusion I: Some seas are lakes – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circles representing seas and lakes overlap and have some parts of their area in common. Thus, it can be concluded that some seas are lakes.
Conclusion II: All lakes are rivers – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing lakes lie inside the circle representing rivers while some lie outside. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.

So, the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the third option is correct.
