Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All farmers are magicians –  From the Venn diagram, the circle of the farmer is completely overlapped by the circle of magicians. Therefore, this conclusion is true.
Conclusion (II): No farmer is a magician –  From the Venn diagram, the circle of the farmer is completely overlapped by the circle of magicians. So, all farmers are magicians is a true conclusion but there is no negative relation between them. Therefore, this conclusion is not true.

So, the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the third option is correct.
