Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyze the conclusions –
Conclusion I: All vegetables are poisonous – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circles representing vegetables and poisonous overlap and have some parts of their area in common. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion II: Some vegetables are plants – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing vegetables lie inside the circle representing plants while some lie outside. Thus, it can be concluded that some vegetables are plants.

So, the only conclusion II follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
