DNB counselling in 2021. how seats are filled ? Is DNB seats are filled in the same all india and state counselling or it is filled seperately.

There would be vacant seats in DNB after three rounds of online counselling (not opted by anyone, allotted but not joined, joined and discontinued). These seats will be assigned through an offline counselling session at the NBE office in Delhi. You must attend the counselling session in person.
