As per Indian Government definition of Ex-serviceman is a person who has served the nation in any rank (may or may not be combat) in Army, Navy, Air force of the Indian Union.
CRPF comes under ex-central police personal just like CISF, BSF, ITBP, SSB. So, it doesn't come under ex-serviceman.
