Yes. OBC Quota is available at All India Level and State level but Ex-servicemen quota is available only in State Counselling depending on the State you belong to. It varies from 1-5%. During your State Counselling registration, you have to select Ex-servicemen Quota along with OBC reservation and the seats will be allotted based on Merit and preference. .
