Do I get govt. Quota mbbs course if I have secured 500 marks in neet

It depends on the State that you hold the domicile of and the Category you belong to. You need to understand that marks don't get you college. Rank is what matters to get a college.

Also so you have only mentioned your marks and not your state and your category. neither have you mentioned that whether you want a college through all India quota or from your state quota only..

Some states like Kerala Rajasthan Delhi has very high state quota cutoff. Since you have mentioned marks I must tell you that for getting a college in these States you must be getting a minimum of 560 marks (according to 2019 marks vs rank).

But for many other states like Assam, West Bengal etc , you can get a college at 520 marks also ( for 2019).
