All Un-aided Management Education Institutes covered as per the Act accept MAH CET scores. After the final results of the MAH CET 2019 are declared, the DTE officials will conduct the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) rounds tentatively from the month of June, 2019. According to the marks obtained by the candidates, their ranks would be determined and allotment would be exercised to respective participating institutes/colleges. On completion of the MAH CET 2019 counselling rounds / CAP rounds, the final list of selected candidates will be announced. All DTE, Maharashtra affiliated institutes/colleges will select students on the basis of their MAH CET 2019 scores. So to answer your question, you needn't apply to any college. Based on your ranking you will be allocated a college.
