Do I need to take new study certificate from the school and pu college for pgcet verification ?

I am assuming that pu which you have mentioned emphasize on PES university under pgcet exam.
So I would suggest you to certainly go for certification course apart from the entrance exam and your graduation score as it holds some weightage.
