Hello,

Yes if you want to participate in the state quota councelling process then it's mandatory to have domicile certificate of that particular state in which you are seeking admission.youwill be required to present it to the authorities.

Admission to colleges in any state through neet is given on the basis of the following criteria.85% seats are kept reserved for the natives of that place rest 15% seats are kept open for candidates from all over india.

If you have domicile of any state then you become eligible for those 85% seats of that state.but domicile is must.
