do mtech students really pay well compared to btech students in software industry

Hey Aspirant, whether a student is paid well or not solely depends on the capability of the student.
It is true that the average salary of M.tech students is higher than students with just B.tech degree as they are more experienced and have knowledge in a particular field but if you are not a good student and can't fulfil the demands of the companies that are hiring you can never be paid well.
B.tech students who are more focused towards programming and all usually get placed well.

sir iam an electrical student iam very much intrested on programming but iam also intrested on doing mtech in any NIT and i cleared my gate (score 414) please suugest me what i have to do now

Admission in NIT at this score is not possible. You can opt for any private college or prepare again for GATE2020.

is there any additional advantage of doing mtech in electrical stream and after that going to software job

There is no additional advantage but if you opt for M.tech in software instead you can have the advantage.
