Hello Govind!

If you take Zoology as your generic elective, then there are high chances that you'll come across topics like Animal classification and Evolution, but briefly. Because they are broad topics (taught as separate papers) when you'll see the syllabus of major students. And again, this depends on the CBCS syllabus of institute you are joining.
