Asif, you do not receive any confirmation from NTA regarding the changes that you made in the NEET application form. The Confirmation page that you get after making the changes itself is a proof that the changes have been submitted. Now you need to take a print out of it for your future reference. But even if you have not taken a print out, that is still fine because you did mention that the changes have been made on the NEET application and are showing up. So you are all good.
