Do we have to report to the centre for freezing our choice if in first round i chose float ?

If you choose float, then after 1st round you have to report at the reporting centre and opt for float option.
After you get the college you are willing to get into, you choose the freeze option and again you have to report at the reporting centre to opt for the freeze option.
