Documents required during neet counselling:
NEET Admit Card
NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter
Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
Eight passport size photographs
Provisional Allotment Letter
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
PwD Certificate (if applicable)
NRI/ OCI candidates appearing for Deemed Universities must submit the following documents
Passport copy of sponsored, embassy certificate
Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsored is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of study)
Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer)

- NEET Admit Card
- NEET Rank Card
- NEET Score Card
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter/ Call Letter
- Caste Certificate
- Class 10 Marksheet
- Class X Passing Certificate
- Class 12 Marksheet
- Class XII Passing Certificate
- AADHAR Card.
- Character Certificate issued by the recently attended school or college
- Transfer Certificate issued by the recently attended school or college
- Migration Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Family Income Proof
- EWS Certificate (If Applicable)
- Fees in demand draft (as per college)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- Application form and Choice Filling form Print out.
- A copy of the parents’ PAN Card
- Proof for the parents’ address and identity
- At least 8 recent passport size photos of candidates (same as you used in NEET registeration form)
*THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS* :-
- The documents needed usually varies from college to college, state to state.
- keep all your doucments ready before the counselling starts.
- Get the Proformas signed by School Principal (if it has not done), if any. Get attestations done beforehand.
- Devote a significant amount of time to identify the best college, make a priority list before locking it.
- keep a check on official site daily.
- Report to the allotted college. This is very important if you wanna take admission into that college or want upgradation.
