After registration, candidates have to upload the documents that have been asked by the authority and those are

• Rank card of UPSEE 2020
• Admit card of UPSEE 2020
• 10th and 12th standard certificate and mark sheet
• Your domicile certificate
• Your Parent's domicile certificate (if the candidate has passed qualifying exam outside Uttar Pradesh)
• Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)
• Character certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Subcategory certificate only for freedom fighter or armed forces or physically handicapped (if applicable)
• Certificate of medical fitness or undertaking of medical fitness
• Income certificate only for economically weak candidates
• GDDA category certificate (if applicable)
