Hyderabad Karnataka reservation 371 says that 8% of the seats in the institutes will of the state will be reserved for locals belonging to Hyderabad Karnataka region as long as the candidate meets the minimum academic eligibility criteria and have secured the minimum cut off marks in the qualifying examination. However the same is not applicable in an ALL India Examination like NEET. As far as I know the only quotas and reservation in NEET is through SC ST OBC EWS and PH.
