Yes. A candidate from NIOS board is eligible for BITSAT.

You should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects. If you meet this eligiblity criteria, you are eligible to write BITSAT 2021.

Also, you can appear for BITSAT 2021 only if you have completed your class 12 in 2020 or in 2021. If you have completed class 12 in 2019, then you are not eligible for it.

Admissions will be made purely on merit, i.e, marks scored in BITSAT 2021 and the according rank.

Yes BITSAT accepts the NIOS mark sheet as it is an authorized board of India. The NIOS certificate is valid in every university and college all over as it holds equal value as of CBSE, ICSE and other state boards.

The eligibility of BITSAT is an individual need to score a minimum of 75% marks in all Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Even though the students need a minimum of 60 marks in each subject. It is legally acceptable all over India.

No candidate can be barred from entering a college if he/she clears all the eligibility criteria but has a NIOS certificate.

So, the BITSAT accepts the NIOS board mark sheet.

Yes, National Institute of Open Schooling(NIOS) board result is accepted in BITSAT exam provided that you have got at least 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 60 marks or above in each individual subjects.

According to the eligibility criteria of BITSAT exam, the student should have done 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board and NIOS is one of the such board.

The reason being NIOS is central government approved institute for conducting board exams.

NIOS is almost accepted in every exams and it is legally valid. This board is no different in value than central and boards in terms of eligibility for exams.
