Vellore institute of technology (VIT) is an AICTE approved college which offers Btech in Electronics and Computers Engineering as a four years long undergraduate degree course. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech electronics and computers engineering is 10+2 level education with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for physics, chemistry and mathematics from a recognized board of education. And a maximum age of 22 years. About 80-90% of students in this stream gets placed in reputed companies. The highest package offered was 25 LPA for (2019) and in the range of 8-14 LPA ( 2020,due to the pandemic). Their top recruiters include Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Deloitte, Nutanix to name a few.

Choosing ECE at any colleges is not like folding a paper and keeping in the pocket it's more than that one must have passion as it is package of both computers and electronics ,so the vit does a great job in making the journey simple ,ece and cse is worth taking in Chennai campus , as all vit is same for all branches ,in Chennai vit 20% students got placed every year, they have top most recruiting companies ,the largest recruiter is cisco . although cse will be 1st priority, ece have a best part making in placements and projects and everything .
