Dear candidate,

No it does not have any affects on your admission into MBA in any IIM college. Although there are some points that you should be aware of.

You would be able to change your university only if your university allows transferring of credits i.e when you go to another university, your credits from 1st year will be transferred to your new university.

You should get a confirmation from both the universities regarding the transfer, and only then you should leave.

You should have cleared your 1st year to be eligible to get a admission in 2nd year in another university

NOTE: Not every university allows transferring and allows students directly for 2nd year. You should be all clear about your decisions.
