No, class 10 marks do not matter at all, its just required when you are moving to class 11, that's it.
About class 12 in NEET:
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
About class 12 in JEE:
This year the minimum eligibility if 75% in class 12 was no longer followed, so this is probably will be continuing next year too.

Yes , your 10th and 12th marks matters a lot to get into in any college . Your 10th marksheet is required in all government certification , as it is the only proof of your Date of birth, your correct details and all that and your 10th and 12th marksheet helps you a lot while you are entering in your graduation. Merit list will be prepared and if you have good academics , then you will get more advantage .
