As your concern is jannayak vidyasagar University is recognised by ICAR sorry yo its not its recognised hy UGC and there is no agricultural courcses is there
So for your i recommend some college who are recognised with ICAR in west bengal
In West Bengal, there are the following 3 Agriculture universities, which are recognised by ICAR. Out of this, 2 are state agriculture universities (SAU) and 1 is a central university with Agriculture faculty. There are total 177 seats in 2 SAUs for BSc Agriculture. There are no ICAR recognised universities/colleges in West Bengal underprivate managementfor BSc Agriculture.

Eligibility:Candidate must be a permanent domicile of West Bengal, must have passed HSE with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, or Agriculture securing at least 50% (40% in case of SC/ST/PH) marks.
Application:Apply online. The application fee is Rs. 600/- (for General/OBC/Sports) candidates and Rs. 150/- (for SC/ST/PH) candidates. The online application opens in the month of May and closes in the first week of June evry year.
