Does Lucknow university provide seats under ugc guidelines for 3year LLB course? or is there only self financed colleges for llb?

Lucknow university provide 3year course llb course and admission is via entrance test .there are total 320 seats for 3 year llb course. University of Lucknow is the only college offer course for llb 3 years under Lucknow university. Candidates should secure 45% in graduation level. Course is divided to 6 semesters. Fee structure will be around 30k.
