Hi, university takes admissions on the basis of Panjab University rules. Although there is no mention about providing admission to students who have compartment in the eligibility criteria, I would suggest you contact the admission helpdesk to confirm about your query.
All the students who have passed their 12th boards examination from a recognised baord are considered eligible to apply to the university.
