By reading NCERT you can learn all concepts which are required for JEE. You have read them carefully in a practical way. By reading NCERT you can get more than 90 marks in chemistry , for  physics you read HC Verma in addition to NCERT .I think either one is better.

Yes.

The NCERTs for all the subjects is enough for understanding the concepts of topics. 95% of the questions in NEET are directly from the NCERT (for Biology and Chemistry).

You can buy some additional book for Physics for practicing various types of questions, after clearing your concepts from the NCERT.
