Hello Mangalesh,
Punjab University takes the admission through JAC Chandigarh Counselling on the basis of JEE Main score, As per the official, There is no reservation for OBC category, hence you are not eligible under this category. However, your candidature can be considered under the General category as per category eligibility.
However, the candidates who have opted OBC in JEE (Main) can change their category to BC (provided they fulfill the requirement of BC as per Panjab University, Chandigarh norms), else they have to select their category as General. You can also refer the below given link for the further information.
