Generally the class 10th Transfer Certificate will be kept by the college/school in which you have studied Class 11th and Class 12th or Diploma. And at the time of admission in to B.Tech you must submit the Transfer Certificate of the previous attended college. You do not have to provide class 10th certificate unless it is instructed to do so. You haven't mentioned the details of the application or counselling you are enquiring here. A transfer certificate is important when applying for university admission. The transfer certificate is essential for university admission after you complete one course. The most recent Transfer certificate you received, which is for 12th grade, is required for university entrance.

So no need to get SSC transfer certificate for Btech admissions. Only HSC or 12th grade TC is required.
