Does the Graduation Transfer certificate date considered as passing date Or Passing date/Year mentioned in Degree?

good morning CV !!
ON the ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE, you would be given the passing date,year of the degree you have done.please check it once and make that date/year as your passing date in any form you fill up.
if the exact passing date is not given instead only month and year are given,please once contact your university-examination cell and ask for the information because it differs from university to university.
