My degree aggregate is 59.91% would it be considered as 60%?

Hello applicant,
If you are a pcm/pcb student,then consideration goes like 60% in PCM / PCB.
Talking about percentage accuracy you are close to 60% but in some company recruitments less than 60% are not considered.
