Criteria ;-

• If you want rest in your job specially Government job (NTPC, ONGC  etc) then go for electrical engineering.

• From my experience electrical engineer can perform the task of CSE somehow easily but in reverse i.e CSE cant perform the task of electrical engineering easily.

• If you are in IIT than you should better prefer CSE over electrical engineering. If you want to be paid more.

• For electrical engineers it is difficult to grab job in core companies . which will force you to invest more time than usual . But in case of CSE you will be get placed in various companies easily.

• Only top MNCs (Microsoft , Google , facebook , oracle etc ) of CSE is paying salary near crore rest too low.

chose your way according to your priorities then move ahead with vivid dedication in your field and stop comparing your branch with other branches that will lead you nowhere. Now a days company demands multi talented students hence instead differentiating , i suggest to get mingle with each branch and try to fetch more information.



Every branch is best in it.
