Establishment year of Grant medical college? It's fees 4.251 lakh is for p.a. or whole course fee?

The Grant govt medical college was founded in 1845, it counts among the premier medical institutions in India and one of the oldest institutions teaching western medicine in Asia.
Fees structure is same for every government medical college in Maharashtra. The fees us very feasible as compared to that of private medical colleges.
The average per year fees are around 60,000 Rs for OPEN category students and about 15,000 Rs per year for OBC and other categories.

The Grant Government Medical college, Mumbai is a medical college affiliated to the Maharashtra university of Health Sciences, Nashik. It was established in the year 1845 and is one of the premier medical institutions in India.
The fees structure is same as any other government medical college in Maharashtra. The average per year fees is around Rs 60,000 for general category candidates and Rs 15,000 per year for OBC and other category students.
