Ravi, in 2018 under All India Quota, 500 marks secured a seat in Madras Medical College under SC Category. That was the cut off. Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, the individual cut offs increased by 60-75 marks on an aversge. Considering all this, you may have to target atleast 575 for a seat in this College. The cut-off marks will be changed for every year based on the number of students attended for the exam and also difficult level of the papers. The previous cut-off marks for the sc category much score more than 550 to get seat in the particular college .For more details once visit the below link.,
