Answer (1)
Hello,
Binary Exponential Back-off Algorithm is defined as the variety of Computer Networks and truncated binary exponential backoff refers to an algorithm used for spacing out the repeated retransmissions of the same block of the data, to avoid network congestion. This is known as Binary Exponential Back-off Algorithm.
Back-off algorithm is defined as the collision resolution mechanism which is used in random access MAC protocols. This is known as Back-off algorithm.
Hope this helps you.
