Hello Nischal,

The Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore has been accredited as Deemed under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 in the year 2008 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India.

The Deemed universities doesn't require any affiliations from any other University.

The Faculty of Engineering is a department under the University and is affiliated to Christ (Deemed to be University).
