Hello Aspirant,
As your question is for UP NEET UG counselling so let me tell you that as per the information brochure released by DGME Lucknow if the seat is allotted to any candidate in round 1st then he/she has to compulsorily join the seat but if you do not join then your security money that you have deposited during registration for counselling will be forfeited and if you want to take part in round 2nd of counselling then again you will have to pay the complete security money.
So the circumstances that you have mentioned, if you cannot join the allotted seat then you can leave it and your security money will be forfeited only there will be no ban or any such restriction on you, you can definitely appear for NEET UG next year again and can get admission.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck and take good care of yourself and your family!!
But I will suggest dnt go for neet 2022 again. Things at home will be settled but you can't be sure if you will perform better in 2022. Hire a maid. Go for college
