for a rank of 16200 I am told there is some scope to get admission in Bio Medical or Bio Technology .. especially post increase in seats this year ; any idea from anyone

Please provide the complete information. You are missing out many details such as examination name, your category, you should also tell that whether this is your category rank or general rank to predict something by us. Also mention which colleges do you prefer to get an admission in.
