Yes, the question paper of English and GK will be same for IMA and OTI. As per the exam pattern, the written exam of OTI will be conducted for 200 marks. The duration of exam is 4 hours.

Exactly they are not same there are slightly different than OTI question the Englsih questions for CDS examination.
