By donation I think you mean Management Quota. Yes, some colleges do offer admission in BTech courses through Management Quota. Many COMEDK colleges have this provision. IP University Colleges which are in Delhi also have management quota facilities. Many private colleges offer admission through this procedure. So, yes you can get admission in CSE through Management Quota.
